Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at Allied Universal.This role offers a unique opportunity to work in various industries, including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding clients and providing exceptional customer service by carrying out site-specific policies and procedures, responding to incidents, and conducting regular patrols around the business and perimeter.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to our clients by performing safety and security procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when necessary.Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and critical situations, showcasing calm and problem-solving skills.Conduct regular and random patrols around the client site, adapting to diverse working environments and conditions.Requirements and QualificationsYou must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ years old for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.As a condition of employment, you will undergo a thorough background investigation, consistent with federal, state, and local laws. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.A drug screen will also be conducted as part of the hiring process, subject to relevant laws.Licensing requirements may apply, depending on state and/or local laws, and must be met prior to employment.
