Job Summary:At Santa Fe Recovery Center, we seek a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to determine the level of care required by clients. Provide individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to promote recovery and well-being. Collaborate with Case Managers to ensure seamless care coordination and referrals to external agencies as needed. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain expertise in evidence-based therapies and best practices in the field.Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico as a Clinical Therapist. Experience in case management, family therapy, and/or other relevant fields. Strong foundation in Social Work, Psychology, and Mental Health. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
