The Mining Journal
is seeking a
Telemarketing Account Representative.
This position focuses on developing
revenue from new
advertisers and growing revenue
from existing
advertisers. This
position is ideal for those looking for an opportunity to help local businesses succeed in their marketing efforts.
Primary
Responsibilities:
-Providing advertising services to
assigned accounts and all business prospects within a defined sales territory
-Services include
advertising in our daily community newspaper and websites, a full suite of digital marketing solutions, and
specially
publications
/programs
-Setting appointments, sales and service of existing accounts into all
publications and products
-Prospecting and new business development
-Scheduling of all advertising as ordered, proofing of advertising
-Customer relationship management functions
Qualifications:
-Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under tight deadlines
-Results oriented and high achiever
-Positive attitude
-Attention to detail and high level of accountability
-Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
-Self-starter who can set and manage priorities
-Communicate effectively with peers, superiors and customers
