Minimum 2 years of experience; PT needed for days, mostly M-F occasional Saturday if ortho surgery on Friday; RADIUS RULE: Traveler’s perm address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility--Local travelers will not be considered; This job requires 3 references- 1 being a supervisor
