Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Ponca City, OK and Stillwater, OK "Split Locations". Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Proper State License
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
